Sustainability

Economic

Our aim is to build a sustainable lifestyle business that fits within our community locally.

Our growth will be determined by need. It is not our desire to be the next big Suffolk brewery ;-)

Environmental

We try to be as environmentally considered as possible, using recycled products and keeping packaging to a minimum.

Our sample pots are biodegradable along with our (wet weather only) bags. Whilst our cardboard gift boxes make great carriers, they don’t like getting wet at a market!

Our spent grain goes to the local petting farm and not into landfill, we drop off to a range of happy animals just along the road

Social

Our hopes are to one day be a local employer. This will depend on our organic growth and the recovery of our hospitality sector that has been drastically hit throughout this global pandemic.
